Look at the picture.They are bare.They are swimming in the beach.But it is permited only at 6pm to 7pm in the daynight.But someone swimming bare on the Manly beach in the daytime.Is it permited allday ?
Hi ,if you are swimming on the beach you have to wear a swimming costumes in the daytime.
